After serving as a Tomlinson Sotheby's International Realty agent for over a decade, Kristin has moved into the role of managing broker, where she is able to put her years of experience in real estate and business development to work for her agents.

In her off-time, Kristin enjoys time with her three daughters, grandson, and her two dogs. She is a proud Jayhawk and March Madness fan, and loves riding motorcycles and soaking in hot springs. Kristin is also an avid supporter of her community, and lifetime volunteer in various causes near and dear to her heart. 

Matthew Rhodes, originally hailing from Fort Worth, Texas, is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with a passion for connecting with people and a keen interest in market trends. Matthew's journey began in his hometown, where he graduated from Haltom High School before pursuing higher education at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX. Following his college years, Matthew embarked on a successful career in sales, initially with LA Fitness, where he steadily rose through the ranks to become a General Manager. Transitioning to business-to-business sales, he spent sixteen years honing his skills, specializing in acquiring and managing multi-million dollar accounts across diverse industries including Automotive, Oil & Gas, Defense, and Commercial Manufacturing. In 2017, Matthew's life took a delightful turn when he met his wife Danielle, whom he married in 2021 in a picturesque ceremony in Whitefish, Montana. During their wedding preparations, the couple would fly in and out of Spokane, which is how they serendipitously discovered Coeur d'Alene, instantly falling in love with its charm and natural beauty. A true sports aficionado at heart, Matthew's upbringing involved a diverse array of athletic pursuits including baseball, football, basketball, and golf. In his downtime, Matthew indulges in his passions for sports, outdoor cooking with his beloved BBQ smoker, and exploring the great outdoors through activities like kayaking, hiking, camping, and fishing. His move to Northern Idaho seamlessly blends his love for adventure with the tranquil beauty of the region's landscapes. Driven by his innate desire to connect with people and his fascination with real estate markets, Matthew made a deliberate choice to transition into the real estate industry.
